Based on the Kansas City D&I Consortium model, the St. Louis group unites practitioners in the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors to influence our region through a focus on inclusivity.

The founders of St. Louis D&I Consortium recognized the need for a local forum where D&I professionals could share knowledge, best practices and development opportunities in a safe environment that navigates all dimensions of diversity, equity and inclusion.
